oh well.. i haven't posted for some time now.. i guess i have been feeling lazy.. erm... lets see.. well.. i am going back soon.. (tomorrow) and hmm... what else has been interesting?? on wednesday during football, ricardo (worm) kept telling me that i never pass him the ball from keeper.. and he kept complaining to femi. and its like i kept saying to myself.. "there's a reason"... the next day when femi came to tell me when i saw him in the hall, i told him.. ya i know.. there's a reason why.. well.. he sucks.. (and femi agreed.. femi who sucks too.. ricardo is actually lousier than femi... wooh...) i may dislike femi, but i hate ricardo with a grudge.. the viet guy who stays next door, he came and knock on my door and say sorry.. haha.. i think the other viets told him that i was on the verge of beating him up... wooh...so intimidating... haha.. i am officially a geek.. i do sudoku for fun.. its a puzzle where you have to think.. haha.. erm.. erm.. erm.. well.. my pool is improving too.. i bought my own cue.. hahaha.. beware all you at home... chris wu is like really.. unliked by me.. i don't hate him or dislike him or anything.. i just don't like him... so mum made me ask him if he want me to bring anything home for him.. so i HAD to ask and he doesn't realise it's courtesy.. so of cos being the chris wu he is he asked me to bring clothes home for him.. and it's like bulky track pants and stuff.. not like it is heavy.. it just takes space.. bleahx.. i think mum is going to freak when she see how much stuff i bring home.. oh well.. they're necessitys...
today i went for the oxbridge conference at the walker stadium.. for those of you who don't know where that is, it's the home stadium of leicester city... it's a really really nice stadium for a division 2 club.. who else went for the conference.. from those you know, only aime, joanna and kitipop went..it was quite nice even though some sessions were rubbish.. it was fun.. i wanna go for oxford engineering.. first because the first 2 years is combined engrg.. and you only specialize after the third year.. and even though i was the only one of the group of 10 who was initially aiming for oxford (the rest for cambridge) the rest converted after the conference.. muhahaha... welll..... oh.. famous oxford students.. Rowan Atkinson.. (Mr Bean) and the best of all, KATE BECKINSALE!!! what a disappointment she dropped out cos of acting.. wells.. anyway, the engrg course at oxbridge is so different from everywhere else.. firstly because of the special tutorials where u get the best people from the world teaching you personally.. BUT.. there are still exams to take.. xian diao.. haha.. the day was good with joanna and kitipop.. there we went for some of the classes together.. and it was ok some a bit boring.. but we kept nudging each other when they were talking about our GEEK subjects.. haha..then i met joanna on the way down after our last conference which wasnt together.. and she was complaining and complaining about... i have no idea what.. haha.. then she was saying the cambridge lecturer's name was soo loong.. haha.. but it was actually sue long.. haha.. anyway.. we went to sit and talk for like 10 minutes taking a piss at the british people before the rest joined us.. on the bus back, she took a nap.. i had to tell her to lie down on the chair because she was complaining her bum pain.. hahahaha... and ended up sleeping.. i was warm so i lent her my pullover to use as a pillow.. the 3 of us then ended up eating flames together upstairs.. kitipop got lost.. haha.. and i had to call him to get out.. hhaaha... oh well.. i hope my bag is not overweight.. blahhh... i have to bring my books home.. diaoz.. some holiday.. haha.. okok..

me.. singapore slacker.. acsi student.. not nerd.. don't study at all.. here.. geek of the week.. why? i am chinese and i do chemistry.. cool eh? i just spent the whole night sitting with geekipop.. sorry.. kitipop and joana and gwan.. talking.. and talking.. and joana was trying to do mechanics.. so how? she said she wasn't doing too well.. when she told her mom you kno what her mom said to her? ask kitipop or some chinese guy to help you.. so when she heard that she immediately thought that she has to tell me. because i am a self professed geek and like super smart here.. so i did some questions when she had problem.. and i think she actually understood.. well.. if she improves, it will be thanks to geek.... for oxbridge classes, i voluntered to do next week's discussion.. i spent 1 hour today preparing for it and i didn't get too far.. i managed to almost finish it all.. but still.. i got lost halfway in my work.. my topic of discussion? the existance or non-existance of a god.. of course i will vote for existence of God.. and the second part.. religion or science? cool eh.. 1 and a half hours.. i think it will be a blast!! yay.. haha.. ok.. 15 more days.. i can't wait.. 15 days. 15 days.....football on sunday was so fun.. against the angel team.. we finally won 3-2... i was playing centre defence.. haha.. feel how it is to be john terry.. just a lot shorter.. haha.. ok.. i don't really know what else to babble about.. so goodnite..

something puzzles me a lot.. here i am in ENGLAND, the country where everyone speaks English and no other language.. somehow i seem to be speaking more chinese than in singapore and somehow my chinese has improved.. not bad for someone who used to speak in chinglish (half chinese half english) now can speak chinese.. i understand like most of the cantonese here too.. like almost everyone who can speak mandrin can speak cantonese.. i was just watching fantastic four and when the part where ben just steps out into space i just thought of scuba diving.. like when you first make the jump it doesn't seem that bad.. but once you're in the water, before you deflate your BCD you just feel like you're swimming.. but once you start to decend, you look down and it's like.. woah... it's like cool.. it's so deep and like nice... haha.. just a thought...

yesterday i made 5 pounds... 2 chinese students just came in last night from beijing and they don't speak any english at all.. well some.. and like mr kitch came in half an hour into study period and like went "YQ are you a mandrin speaker?" then i went yes.. then he was like" ok. take your things and come with me, you're not coming back.." then i was like oh my goodness what did i do?? aah... then today lydia told me that she was like what happen? anyway.. he wanted me to translate chinese for them because he couldn't keep writing everything down... and they didn't speak cantonese... so i was like oh man.. my chinese ain't that good.. and woah.. at least i get to skip study period.. haha.. so i started speaking to them.. first, it's so cool.. they're like brother and sister and he's 22 and she's 20.. then also the china girl looks so familiar.. like i seen her before.. and then after like 1 hour of translating english to chinese and vice versa, i got paid 5 pounds by mr kitch... it was so fun.. haha.. they aren't staying in school main building so like it's home stay and i had to speak to the house owners also.. hahaha.. cool eh.. it's like $15 for 1 hour of speaking chinese.. and i got to pon 1 hour of lesson too... :D
